This policy explains how Yıldız Erel Design Office handles privacy in connection with www.yildizerel.com. The Turkish KVKK Notice is the primary notice concerning Turkish data-protection law.
Information we may process
The current website does not use a direct contact form. Technical server/security logs may include IP address, date/time, browser/device information and requested URLs. If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we may process the contact details and message content you provide in order to respond.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current release does not activate Google Analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing tools. A limited local-storage preference record is used to remember your external-content choice. See our Cookie Policy.
Google Fonts and Google Maps
Google Fonts (Poppins) and the embedded Google Maps view are treated as optional external services. They are not loaded before you allow external content. You may also open the map directly on Google without loading the embedded map on our site.
Third parties and international transfers
Hosting and technical providers may process limited information needed to operate and secure the website. If optional Google services are enabled, a connection to Google servers may involve an international data transfer. Applicable Turkish data-protection rules, including KVKK Article 9, should be considered for such transfers.
